Risclarity has been ranked twelfth on the Denver Business Journal 2024 Best Places to Work List! This marks Risclarity's third year in a row making the list!
About the Award
Every year, the Denver Business Journal collaborates with Quantum Workplace to recognize the top workplaces in the region. The 2024 list features 70 companies spanning the Denver metropolitan area, evaluated by the individuals who understand them best: their dedicated employees.
Nominations were submitted by companies located within the Denver-metro area, and employees at nominated companies were asked to complete an online survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. The survey evaluates a number of engagement categories including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation, and benefits.
Responses from the surveys were compiled, evaluated, and ranked by Quantum based on their composite score.
The small business category is defined as companies with at least 10 employees, but no more than 20. Other company categories include:
Medium: companies with 21 to 49 employees
Large: companies with 50 to 149 employees
Extra-Large: companies with 150 to 224 employees
Giant: companies with 225 or more employees
The rankings were unveiled on April 26that the Best Places to Work event held at Pindustry in Greenwood Village, where employees from the honored companies celebrated with an afternoon of arcade games, bowling, delicious food, and more.
